Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

South Africa: 3-7 business days via The Courier Guy / RAM

Free shipping on all orders over R499

Flat rate shipping: R79 for orders under R499

International Shipping

Currently we only ship within South Africa.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@nimblestore.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Delivery Issues
